I quickly noticed that working with him allowed me to use his vast knowledge of the industry and products. I must say I would typically call Mike when I had questions from customers on Tapioca syrups, Rice syrups and syrup solids. Mike had experienced so many situations that he had quick solutions. Whether it be about the product itself or issues importing it. It’s a valuable commodity to be ahead of the market on products nowadays. Mike lives the industry and when you do that it allows you to make the correct decisions. Sometimes knowing when, and when not to, can be a swing of thousands of dollars.

I have continued to keep in contact with Mike. I know when the time is right, he will again be a valuable partner in many ways.
